I graduated from the Medical University of Riga, Latvia, in 1995. In 2006 I obtained my Master’s degree in Dentistry at the Academic Center for Dentistry Amsterdam (ACTA).
In recent years, I have lived and worked on three continents. Deep in my heart, I am still a village dentist, who knows all her patients and treats them as friends and relatives. For me, it’s not just about the treatment or a filling, but also coming by for advice or a good conversation.
Here on Cruquiuseiland I immediately got a good feeling and I was warmly welcomed. I deliberately chose to set up the practice on a fairly small scale in order to devote sufficient attention and time to everyone.

Katerina is an independent dentist and owner of Ivanova Ortho, associated with our clinic. We have had a successful cooperation since 2024.

Anastasia has lived in the Netherlands for over two years. She has completed a dental hygiene course in Ukraine and is getting acquainted with Dutch dental care. Anastasia is a jack-of-all-trades: reception, administration, assistance with treatments and dental cleaning. She is learning Dutch and she speaks English, Ukrainian and Russian.

Marko is in procedure for BIG registration as a dentist. In addition to treatments and support, he focuses on technical and administrative support of the practice.

Valentina has been working at Cruquius Family since 2025. She is a qualified intensive care nurse. She is reorienting herself in the Netherlands and is taking her first steps in dental care.
